All delivery prices/rates displayed on this website eclude VAT at the current rate. This does not apply to all orders raised and shipped to the channel islands.
Delivery costs vary depending upon the following factors:
- The region of the UK your delivery address is located in
- The size of the goods purchased
- The weight of your shipment
UK Orders & Deliveries Only
Please note we will only accept orders to UK delivery addresses. We are able to accept orders and deliver to the following locations: Enland, Scotland, Wales, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Islands and Scottish Islands.
A standard delivery charge of £6.95 + 0.30p per kilo thereafter (up to 100kgs). (Please note – this only applies to England, Wales and certain parts of Scotland) will be charged for any consignment below 20kg using Delivery Service – Option B, as detailed below.
For Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, certain parts of Scotland and Scottish Islands the standard delivery charge will vary depending on the aforementioned factors.
Currently, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, however, CPD are looking to introduce this in the near future. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
If your shipment equates to 20kg and above, you will be able to view the total shipping cost at stage 3 (shipping method) of the checkout process.
Your Delivery Options
CPD operates two alternative methods of delivery
Option A – CPD Direct’s Delivery Service
This option applies to customer delivery addresses located inside normal delivery zone.
If you are prepared to wait a little longer to receive your order, why not allow your order to be delivered as part of CPD’s next scheduled delivery runi within your postal area. If you select this delivery option, your order will be entitled to free delivery.
To be eligible:
- You are happy to wait for CPD’s next dedicated scheduled delivery run to your postcode area
- Your order must exceed £30 + VAT
- Any orders below £30 + VAT (whether in our Normal Delivery Zone or not) will be charged a fee of £2.95

Option B – External Carrier Delivery Service
This is a chargeable option that applies to the following circumstances:
- Customers delivery address located inside our normal delivery zone, however, would like to receive their orders via our UK mainland standard carriage service (usually 48 hours)
- All customers located outside our normal delivery zone (applies to all postal and postcode areas not highlighted above).
Both options apply to deliveries made Monday-Friday during normal office working hours and exclude weekend and bank holiday deliveries.
We aim to deliver the majority of all goods within a reasonable time period to most mainland UK addresses, subject to stock availability and payment being received. All dates and timescales quoted for delivery are estimated and may be subject to change. Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
All deliveries to the following locations – Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and certain parts of the Scottish Highlands may require some additional time.
Non-mainland deliveries (remote areas and offshore deliveries), please email weborders@cpd-direct.co.uk to request a delivery cost and lead time.
Most deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. This is to ensure the goods are delivered and received correctly.
Once more, CPD Direct does not deliver to Northern Ireland; however, we are looking to introduce this in the near future. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Late Deliveries
We cannot be held responsible, nor are we under any liability for delays or failure to deliver goods within a reasonable time period or issues beyond our control such as a ‘Force Majeure Event’. We shall endeavour to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible.

We always strive to ensure:
- Our network of dedicated drivers and courier services delivering on our behalf provide an effective and secure distribution service.
- All items ordered arrive at the delivery address in a manner you would expect
- We handle all queries (whether delivery related or not) in a prompt and friendly manner.
