This Hygiplas colour coded thermometer has a fold away probe for easy storage with an automatic on/off facility to conserve the thermometers battery power. It contains a detachable wrist strap for easy handling whilst in use. The temperature ranges from -50°C to +300°C with an accuracy of ± 1°C giving you the assurance that your food will be measured correctly within around a 15 second response time. The thermometer is colour coded white for use with baked foods and dairy goods – helping to reduce cross contamination.
