These temperature log books feature an easy to clean cover which helps you to keep your cooking/ catering environment clean at all times. The books have enough pages to hold six months’ worth of records for your convenience and cost savings. Each record features the temperature, time and person responsible for the record-ings initials. All commercial kitchens should hold temperature log record books for each fridge, freezer or cold cabinet.
